I had one last ultra sound today because on the last one they couldn't get a good view of hands, feet, spine and heart... today.. we saw it all. And she is definitely a girl.
We're having a bit of a baby shower dilemma.. we have 60 people + who we would like to invite. But this is rather large for a baby shower is it not?
I guess we could have 3 different showers and do one for Angela's family, one for my family and then one for friends. Oh I just don't know. We have plenty of people who are willing to throw the shower. I just don't know what to do. We will be having the shower before the baby arrives as doing it after would put us too close to Christmas.
Does anyone with experience have any advise?

Some people have different showers but that's a lot of work and probably a lot of overlapping gifts.
Ideas:
- Find someone with a large house and host it there.
- Family shower separate from friends.
- Drop in party that is spread over a few hours so people can come by but don't have to stay the entire time.
- Rent a hall for one party--many people do this so they can accomodate a large shower at once. You can rent from condos or community centres for little cost.
Awesome ideas!
Thanks!!!
Our families threw a huge shower for us after Erik was born. There were over 50 people there. They rented a small hall and it worked out great. Much less stressful for everyone to have it all over at one time.
No shower ideas (seems like you've got plenty) but I just wanted to say congrat.s on your daughter. It's such an exciting time and I remember it well.
